Yes, you have to.

Rgh console:
Rgh offers the best experience for modding games but it requires a lot of special skills to rgh mod the console. Try to find the pre-modified console from reseller.

Another important question, if I may?

If I perform a re-soldering and flashing of the console will I be able to (if of course I learn):

1. Change the names of teams and players using the roster in existing leagues;

2. Exclude extra teams from the leagues;

3. Create your own calendar for each League;

4. Change the shape of teams using the recommended tools;

5. Change the logos on the team form, and insert the created logos (such as Rangers, CCCP, Canada, etc.).

6. Create a different retro ice drawing, with logos on the ice not only in the Central circle;

7. Remove advertising from the sides or apply retro advertising;

8. Replace the glass behind the gate with a grid or remove the glass fence completely on the sides of the site

1. Possible with roster tools.
2. Not sure.
3. Possible with roster tools (db editor) but I haven't tried it.
4. Not sure what this mean. Uniforms? Possible using texture tool.
5. Possible but menu graphics isn't as easy as rendering graphics.
6. Very limited.
7. Possible.
8. Not possible.
