You have to convert it from one region to another. It is possible with the right program, but not direct transfer.

The PS4 can play any game from any region.Although there a few things needed first First you need to make a new PSN profile. I instead of using the United States as my home country.I used Great Britain. This allows you access to European PlayStation store.I found a European PSN card to use to download.It should benoted that neither American PayPal or American credit cards work.That's where the European pan cards come in after that I purchased the European version of the game ,deleted the North American version and installed.After that I made a new profile on Save Wizard resigned the game to my new PEN profile and it worked!!!

I'm also thinking of creating a few great teams from 2000 on but only time will tell how far I get. No guarantees all the above teams get completed as I'm not setting any deadlines. The first 12 teams took nearly 2 months to create. Lines will be set along with proper uniform numbers and general appearance likenesses (with or without helmets, facial hair etc.).
