So at the moment it sounds like there still no way to download the rosters on Xbox, you have to edit all of them manually correct?

Unless someone knows of a similar program for Xbox, that is correct

You are right, I will add Rieder

Jurco I left at default since he didn't play in the NHL last year. I will add Letestu if I see him playing regularly

Kesler and Johns aren't expected to play this year left them out for now
