Custom Goalie Gear

Just getting back to the title after a few years off. Might be a stupid question but I am creating teams and trying to get custom gear on the goalies but it isn't showing up in the games.

When I created the teams, I'm choosing not to use team colors as I'm creating the old brown pads. No issue there but when I change colors or equipment in the edit players mode, the changes don't show in the game. Any help?

I have found that it always work in season mode and playoff mode. Never in play now and just sometimes (don't know when and why) in franchise mode.

Ok great! Thanks for the help. I have just been testing my created teams in play now but will primarily use playoff mode so that is good news.
