Best Lines Question

Does anyone know what rating(s) determine a 76 rated center would be on the second line and a 79 rated center would be on the 3rd line, when you do best lines? its not the potential range or the potential accuracy in the attributes section of edit player the 76 player is set to top 9 and the 79 is set to top 6. I don't want to raise the overall just to have the better player in the 2nd line center position. Just for reference its lias anderson that is the 76 and brett howden is the 79 for the rangers. I have modified my roster to actually have seperation in the overalls for players. Thanks in advance

Offensive awareness for 2nd line, defensive awareness for 3rd line

So, Howden would be on line 3 if he is better defensively than Anderson
