Re: Occam’s Real Deal Cpu vs Cpu sliders

Hey, tried your sliders set, but they feel just off.
Player seperation was almost non existant, likely cause of the 10/10 AE. Basically a 70 ovr goalie was playing like Shestorkin.
Game was too arcadish to my liking and only goals I saw were Cross crease one timers or tipped shots.
    Returned back to Cycloniac's sliders.

Hey there! I noticed you gave my old slider set a go last night. I unfortunately uploaded those after the update and was caught with my pants down so to speak. I have posted my 2.0 version and would really like your insight into them. Especially since you are a Cpu vs cpu fan. Sliders have been updated. Should see separation and different shots. Good cycling going on too.Update really sped the game up considerably. Had to pull on the reins pretty hard to rein it in.

I feel like this set is pretty solid for version 2. I’m going to stand pat until I get feedback or an update comes through.

As much as I wanted to stand pat, I made a slight change to finalize my set as is. I changed the Preparedness effect and the Incidental contact sliders. Hopefully, set for now.

Completely overhauled volume sliders. All figures are different. Really think the sound is much better now. More broadcast-like.

Every time I think I’m done! lol Change made to Preparedness effect slider and Incidental contact slider. Changed both human sliders to 30. I’ve also decided since so many tweaks have taken place to go ahead and push this to version 3.

Just started playing ‘23 and using your sliders.
Only play cpu vs cpu. Overall they play well. However speed seems a little too fast?
Out of curiosity… several sliders differ between cpu and human. Do human sliders even matter in cpu vs cpu games?

The human sliders have no effect on the cpu but they are wonderful for slowing the game down in certain spots. Basically I use them to regulate game speed. You’ll notice a lot of my numbers are similar too. These are what I call dead spots in sliders, where there is a decent amount of slowdown, or speed up depending on what I need. I’m glad you like the sliders and I will get to work right away getting it slowed down a little bit. I won’t stop until my final product is the best it can be and I have gotten the best this game can give.
