Yea, the 1.00 is a little lag. Which is fine if you like a faster gamespeed it makes the skating feel smooth. If you use a lower gamespseed then its different like you said.

1.00, 1.01 and 1.02 (which is latest). Theres no choice in patch 1.04

Enter the HUT or online section and then exit, it will check for updates that way. Otherwise sign in to the free two day trial, then it will check for updates.

I must say that I like the overall feel best with version 1.00 no matter what sliders you use.

I havnt ben able to login into the EA servers for a wk or so. So I am not sure if I can get the updates (when they come again) unless I sign up as a member? I got the updates the first time for the rosters & 1.01 by going into the hut & online sections on the menu. Then to get the 1.02 (because that didn't work this time) I signed on for the free 2day thing. Now it everytime I start game, it says cannot login into EA servers? Are you see this too.

I did at first too. It does make some things better. I do like the latest overall better though. It depends on what gamespeed you like to use. A faster gamespeed works well with this, it makes it feel a little more like your on ice/more flow. I like gamespeed at 0or1 so that's why I like lastest better.

Very good idea by thread starter. As more tuners & patchs come it gives us more options to use the tuners with a newer patch.

I have changed a few things. I turned off acceleration. I am trying to get rid of bodies flying. I turned up saucer pass speed to 1. I turned goalie reaction speed down to 1. Goalies are still good and I am seeing some spectacular animations.

I am likely going to try turning up Injury Occurrence to force myself to keep my guys from getting rocked, in addition, I think the refs might call more penalties, and/or the cpu might avoid getting hit as well..

When it comes to fatigue effect I am not sure that actually means how quickly they fatigue but also seems to make the cpu a little more dumb so pick your poison with that one.
