Thanks for the sliders again! I've used your sliders a lot in the past and they've been spot on!

One question, is the attribute effect slider similar to earlier versions, that it actually is most realistic set to middle? I've read that earlier if you bumped it to maximum, it actually made lower tier players better and so on?
