I think you're best bet is to have : Pass Reception Ease: CPU: 0 & Human: 10
and Raise the Fatigue Effect: CPU: 95 / Human: 95 & Fatigue Recovery: CPU: 45 or 35 & Human: 45 or 35, now there's also new slider, I've tried in the past, but its too sloppy for me, you guys might like it though, let me just find it for you: Pass Reception Ease : CPU: 35 / Human: 35 & Reception Reaction Time : CPU: 65 & Human: 65, another thing you can do is make players stumble more and crash in to own players which is this slider:
