I made a few updates to the sliders in the first post, trying to lower CPU passing % a bit. I'm still testing these tweaks, so it may still change a bit, but right now I'm seeing % in high 60/low 70, which seems pretty good.

I don't see why it would not play well on Pro too, however it's something I didn't test, so I can't really guarantee results.

There's not really a new rule in the NHL, simply that referees are now calling every slashes they see. And since slashes are being called as penalties in the game, I guess it kind of reflects what you are calling the "new rule".
