Game 18



All Star road settings I usually use, but I lowered shot acc for me by two clicks and raised the CPU’s by two clicks.

Pretty even game here throughout. Sens scored on a nice cycle down low and went 5 hole on Murray to go up 1-0. No more scoring until early in the 3rd and Tiernry beat Murray short side on a screen.

I had all kinds of my usual chances and could not beat Anderson. Hit a few posts and a few nice plays by Sens D to break up rebound chances. Maybe those few clicks will help lower my goals per game?

But an odd thing happened with like 10 minutes to go in the 3rd. The Sens shut down the neutral zone. I couldn’t get through it like I normally can. Lol. It actually frustrated me being down 2-0. Wish we could see more of this.

Good times even in a loss.

Game 19



Same settings as the prior game, but was able to find the back of the net. Sabres dominated the whole 3rd period and it shows on TOA and shots.

Game 20



Same settings as last few games.

DeSmith in goal for the Pens.

Back and forth action the entire game. Pens up 5-4 late in 3rd, missed a wide open net to seal the game away and Stars went other way and tied the game with just under 3 minutes to play. The Pens squandered away a 5 on 3 early in the OT and the Stars made them pay and won the game with about a minute to go.

Fun game. Having a blast this season. But I feel as if I have to find a way to get myself not to score 4 plus a game.

I’ve been on auto aim last so many games and lowered the shot accuracy for myself. Scratching my head here.

Might just be one of these things now that no matter what I’m more likely to score more and win on All Star. With player positioning better this year than in years past it has helped me on defense a ton. May have to try a bump to Superstar for 10 games and see how it goes.

Game 21



All sliders per usual (no more advantage for CPU on shot acc etc) but on Superstar with CPU difficulty maxed!

Both teams with chances in 1st period, but it ended scoreless. Then we saw a 6 goal 2nd period 4 of which scored by the Bruins. Pens pushed it a bit in the 3rd but couldn’t get any closer as the Bruins scored on a late power play to go up 5-2 and that was all she wrote.

Bruins are a league best 16-3-3.

Next up the 15-5-2 Blue Jackets (9-1 in last 10)

Game 22



Superstar, CPU difficulty 0.

What. A. Game!

Might be finding my stride here now. I had all kinds of chances and Bob made some huge saves and some animations I hadn’t seen in a long while from a goalie. Same goes for DeSmith. He made a save to get the Pens a point and into OT with a sprawling save with 7 seconds left.

Jackets 4 Pens 3 Final/OT.

At 12-8-2 Jets next.

Hey man, nice! I’ll check it out.

Nothing changed on page 1 slider wise. I just went back to tuner 1.01 so I could see slashing penalties now and then instead of 10 times a game. If you are not having issues with 1.03 feel free to keep on that tuner.

Other than that I had to move to Superstar full time (for now). No matter what I do on all star I end up winning.

But these sliders are good for any level. I always recommend though to get some solid variety and add some home ice to use CPU difficulty at 0 for home games and max it out for road games. Keep ya on your toes etc. LOL.
