Cyclonic first let me say your sliders are the bomb. Haven’t really seen so much realism with game since plugging in your numbers.

Couple of questions:
I play season mode and I’m a Cpu Cpu guy.. ..I know game plays differently in “play now” but will Franchise play differently than “Season mode”?

Also, I am using 15 minute periods ..shot are a smidge high but I feel that’s EA.
(60 to 65) I can live with that..my question is I have fighting on 2...I haven’t gotten any fights, is it only enforcers that fight? Because all players have a fight rating ...and I’ve got guys with “often” but no fights. ( maybe have to be enforcers)

Thanks again the animations..scrums in corners..skating hitting ect all look fantastic?

Season mode should play pretty similarly to franchise mode

I will double check what number I have fighting on. I saw a fight last night, and another a game or two prior. The one last night was after a hit on a key player late in the game.

I am also looking at some tweaks to get shots down a smidge.

Sent from my iPhone using Operation Sports
Yes, that's right

First of all thanks for you great work! Your sliders are awesome!

But I have some difficulty issues.
I'm playing HUM vs CPU with you sliders: The Original Set: Franchise Sliders Version 1 in Franchise Mode. 9 minutes periods are fine for me, playing 15 would be a way to much.
I'm playing on PRO, but it seems to easy. But switching to All-Star is a nightmare for me. The game is just too hard.
Any idea how to make a game on PRO more challenging?

Increase CPU acceleration by 5, lower yours by 5, repeat until you notice a difference. It's a bandaid, but it does sort of help.

I found Pro too easy as well, which is why I went back to All-Star.

Re: Cycloniac's TrueSim NHL 20 Sliders

So I bumped Fall and Stumble Ease to 75 just to improve the hitting.

Right now, I'm doing a lot of simulating. Using your 15-minute slider set with that adjustment:
-Hits are at a perfect number.
-Faceoffs are at a perfect number
-Power plays are doing pretty well.
-Sticks are breaking too often for my taste. I'm seeing 3-4 breaks a game. If I were to make that less via the slider, would that hurt any of the main statistics?
-Shots are averaged between 70-80 a game. Would LOVE if I could kick that down to 55-65. Any way I could do that?

Why did you increase the fall and stumble fall ease slider?
