Played a few games with poke accuracy at 80 for each and it was great. Thanks for pointing that out. Less tripping penalties but still some which is accurate. Also found I was getting walked by the CPU too often and now that’s not happening as much anymore. Thanks again. I’m going to update the OP.

I will hopefully get some games in today with the new changes. One thing I was thinking about was the pass speed sliders. I feel like they should be either equal to or higher than skating speed. I think it will create more missed passes from the lesser skilled players and if you think about it, most players can pass the puck faster than they can skate. I also think saucer pass and regular pass speeds should be at least equal if not in favor of saucer.

Also with manual passing off does the minimum pass speed slider do anything?

I feel if you increase pass speed then you need to increase goalie reaction time too. Otherwise the puck will be going much faster than the goalies. I am all for saucer pass speed being higher. I have used it at max and liked it. You are able to hit a stretch pass from your own zone with that maxed. Makes for a great play and also makes the CPU adjust and not clog up the neutral zone.

Maybe just makes the shorter passes not as fast?

I didn’t think of that with the goalies. This is what makes sliders for this game so frustrating. One slider can have an effect on multiple others. Trying to find the balance between them all is a chore.

I’m going to raise the cross crease slider to equal the fastest pass speed slider, which I think I have at 45. And I also raised save reaction by 5 to compensate for the faster passes.

A couple of things I noticed that could possibly be changed:
Pass accuracy for the CPU should be turned almost to 0. I’m going to try it at 10, their passing % is way too high.
User accuracy should be a little higher. I was seeing too many odd-man rushes get wasted because of a bad pass that probably shouldn’t have happened.
Puck control for both should also be higher. I use this at 45. Too many pucks sliding off sticks with just regular skating up the ice with no defensive pressure.
Going to try a handful of games with these adjustments and see how it plays out.
