File Format error??

I decided to add the music (intros) I used from NHL 12 to NHL 13. The Intros I use are MP3 (128 Kps). But when I load up the game (in-game), I get a "data error: file type not supported" or something like that before the game starts. So I don't hear the intro music.

What formats are supported this year? This makes no sense to me, I'm using the same MP3 formats. Any ideas?? And I have the "newer" PS3 model if that means anything.

Edit your MP3 with Audacity
File -> export -> mp3
select options
choose joint stereo channel mode and constant bit rate mode
