Pretty much the same. Had to play 7+ minute periods to see any calls made at all.

If you Mac CPU penalties you can't play hardcore anymore? It just says custom.

Hmmm, I would hope that it is still based off of hardcore though. Who knows?

Just accept it, EA will NEVER fix it. We won't ever get a proper game unless some other company gives hockey games a shot which is highly unlikely.

I WILL BE SURPRISED IF THERE ARE PENALTIES AFTER MAXING OUT THE PENALTY SLIDER! LOL..... Remember NHL 12... EA abandon the penalties....frack you'll be lucky if you have 1 or 2 penalties in 1 game. NHL 13, same thing until they tuned it...but still you have only 2-3 pen per game. Only once I have like 6, which IMO is just normal in a hockey game.

So, I've played several games in the DEMO and same issue...no penalties. Weird coincidence, but I turned the "post whistle" option to "Authentic". Now, I have had 4 penalties in my game, and this is on Hardcore / Pro.

Now, it could just be a lucky coincidence. But has anyone else tried this? Again, only one game, but the penalties appeared soon as I adjusted the post whistle option...and I should mention the penalties are DURING gameplay, not post whistle.

Although that is better than nothing, still below nhl average. The team with highest average last year was 3.59 while the team with the lowest had 2.80 power plays per game. So should be seeing more in the range of 6-7 power plays per game on average.
