Ultimate Edition Packs

I redeemed the code in the PSN Store but cant seem to find the packs. WHere are they located? They arent under the "Unopened Packs" area.

Mine were in the unopened pack area. Are you sure you were actually charged for them? I had an issue in Madden, where this happened but it was because my card was declined and I didn't realize it.

I had to exit HUT and re-enter and my pack was there. If it was a pre-order pack bonus also it is only 1 pack a week for what 12 weeks or however long i forgot.
