Is this game ********?

I play on Superstar, tried out all the different styles. Hardcore and Custom (w/e that is) seem to work the best. But, this game makes absolutely no sense.

Shots : I usually have double the shot attempts as the CPU does
TOA: I usually have triple the time on attack

Penalties: I repeatedly get called for penalties and the CPU gets none

Almost all my shots are point blank, rebound shots, or failed one timers. What the hell is this games problem? The CPU makes the most ridiculous shots you'll ever see, shots that wouldnt even go in against the worst goalies. They shoot from 10 feet out while all my shots are great and point blank, and I get maybe 1 goal a game if im lucky. I've gone into overtime now 3 times and lost each time on some bs slap shot from a mile away.

Is there something im doing wrong or is this game just ********?

First need to know what ********* means. Otherwise who knows if this is a valid question or just some foul-mouthed rant that belongs in Impressions thread.

If going by the older games (I don't have 15 yet), "custom" is the name it changes to as soon as you change a slider.

So if you choose play style Hardcore, and then go and change only one slider, your new style is "Custom".

But why do my point blank shots never go in and why am I losing games when I dominate the other team in every statistical category??

The CPu aims better, and more importantly aims where there's a better chance of the puck going in.

Change the slider for CPU shot accuracy, or change your own to auto, and try it.
