New Patch and now Disc Error

Downloaded the latest patch and now all i get is a disc error message, i have deleted and redownloaded the game twice and nothing works,

Happened to me yesterday. Just did a reboot where I unplugged back of xboxone for about 30 seconds and started it back up. Worked for me. Microsoft help told me months ago to do that once another anyway. Hope this helps
