I have a good feeling that Jori Lehtera (St. Louis) will also have one when they add him in.

He is hidden in the 360 roster and has a unique headid. I don't see any real reason why he wouldn't in the XBOne/PS4 version.

I think Derek Stepan (Rangers) has a unique face, but it isn't very accurate and thus looks like it isn't one.

I'll give these a look the next time I play.

Unfortunately, it's a generic. There are a few players with that face. However it doesn't look terrible on him.

Shinkaruk still has his face but its also hidden in game, on 360 at least it is

All these players add up to around 265. That means there are about 35+ generic heads that are shared amongst non scanned players and therefor add up to "over 300 original heads" as EA promised. SMH. If they add the prospects that were scanned via next update, that would be impressive. Not to mention getting back the players like Brad Boyes, Jussi Jokinen etc. that were removed from the player, but still float around in the game's data. At least assign all the original faces scanned to the appropriate player and let us enjoy the work done. Even if they are outdated at this point. The Florida Panthers could use a few more head scans.

Good to see Marc Savard who hasn't played in 4 season has a scanned face but Tuukka Rask the best goalie in the world does not. It's pretty sad that in 2014 we still only have a handful of players with real faces. It's even sadder when you realize just how much is missing from this game.

It seems pointless to bump this thread with so little support from anyone else besides stevendah and mnxnar but here I go again.

Turns out scans were taken in 2011 as well. That brings the list of scanned but cyberless players to 62 guys now. Here's every single one of them:

Pretty sure that Manny Malhotra's face is generic. Although it does look like him. Check out the create a player faces. You'll find his in there.

The thing that drives me crazy is that they're so slow to put in faces that even the already-existing ones are outdated. Henrik Lundqvist is a huge offender -- he has a unique head that looks pretty good ... for what he looked like in 2008.

For a Rangers fan I'm surprised you're not upset about Nash. When was the last time he was actually clean shaven? And he doesn't have a goalie helmet hiding it.

What annoys me worse is players like Lehtera and Soderberg are very tan skinned, dark haired middle eastern looking types when they're bleach blonde Scandinavians in real life. I don't mind them having generic faces. At least match skin tone/hair color though.
