Give the right goalies the right techniques. Don't make them hug the post every single damn time and then be late with their butterfly animation. See starting from 7:00 in in shogunofharlem3's below vid: Halak, hugging the post, is delayed the butterfly animation and Pacioretty goes 5-hole. Had Halak a proper VH or Reverse-VH hug-post technique this would have been avoidable.
