i cant find them anywhere im playing on the ps4 btw if that helps

Don't you just hit the modifier button in the team select screen? I think it is one of the shoulder buttons like R1 or L1 or R2 or L2 that brings up the options to cycle through the different leagues within the game. I don't have the game in front of me, but I know it is in there. They took out a lot of features, but the generic national teams remain for NHL 15.
