Trade deadline

Haven't had NHL game in a few years...Does anyone know if the trade deadline is the same as it was a few years ago where it basically puts you into a different screen and gives you 8 "hours" to make trades...thanks

Just passed the deadline in my BaGM and outside of getting a notification the day before to update my trading block I simmed right past it. Made a couple trades the day before just in case. I was actually kind of bummed, Fifa has a cool deadline system for transfers and NHL's used to be great. I didn't really tweak my block too much, but I wasn't offered a single trade all season before the deadline.

They completely removed the trade deadline phone system type thing. Now it's the same as any other day :/
