question about be a gm preseason rosters

im taking the blackhawks, I noticed when I play other teams in preseason a lot of there minor players are playing, do I have to call up minor players and send down players like kane, toews ,hossa etc

If you want fringe players, prospects, to play in the preseason then yes, you have to send other players down. There are no AHL games or waivers in the preseason so you don't have to worry about your NHL players getting hurt or ending up on waivers.

thank you for your reply, they should let all your players come up in preseason.
