So I'm in the 2012-2022 season of BEAGM and I have had no player meetings at all this year. Nobody is happy, unhappy, nothing. Has this happened to anyone else?

Meetings will become available when you're facing a rivalry team (usually in-division) or during a losing streak; keep an eye on your main screen and they should pop up if you're paying attention. I never used to get them in-season because I used the calendar, it doesn't stop simulation to notify you that you have the team meeting available.
I just realized, you might be talking about the players wanting to meet. In that case, I'm not really sure how that's possible! They usually come up when they're underperforming, like when a goalie gets blown out or when someone's playing a role below what they feel they should be. Personally I like to have everyone where they should be so I never get complaints about ice-time (unless a disgruntled player is scratched) but I generally get a few 'the locker room is great/bad' and 'my performance is great/terrible' things pop up every once in awhile. Weird.
