I'm stunned.

Pleasantly surprised as I love Tank, but I felt with the Sharks in the finals the national exposure would push Pavelski WAY past Tarasenko. Glad to be wrong.

I was wanting Gordie Howe for 2 reasons to honor Mr. Hockey #1 and #2 was my own selfishness on getting a Detroit Red Wing on the cover. But happy for Valdimir he he a very good player and will represent the NHL series and the NHL well

He is one of my favorite players, I am thrilled that he is on the cover. Good for him. I am stunned still that it wasn't McDavid.

Hey, we had a Red Wing on the cover... in '95. But Yzerman was playing background to Scott Stevens. I was most disappointed that Pavel Datsyuk didn't make it in NHL 13. It would have been very fitting.

I won't be buying. The features show nothing but the same game.. the trailer sucks and pavelski isnt on the cover which definitely was the fan favorite and deserving cover. It's clear to show that the developers of this game are from Vancouver and hate the Sharks. which will never be on EA Sports cover.

Or maybe he just lost the fan vote? Jeez... This seems a bit unnecessary. It's only a cover.
