EA Forums gone?

Am I missing something? The EA Hockey Forums (EA.com) don't seem to exist anymore. I try to access them and it says I don't have sufficient privileges?? I've been on that forum for years. I can't even find any EA discussion forums.

Any idea what's going on?

New game released on Sept 13. EA takes down forums the day after, maybe to avoid the backlash and what-not? Who really knows with these guys any more?

I haven't been on those boards in a long, long time.
I checked-out when I read someone's suggestion that users be allowed to start fights with hotdog vendors and zamboni drivers.

Whenever I think the human race is evolving in a positive direction, I would visit that site to remind me we're not far removed from living in caves and flinging poo.

I noticed the same error trying to access the NHL forum. I tried the Madden forum as well and got the same error. My guess is the entire EA forum site is down

Glad I'm not the only one. I was missing my NHL chat though, and reading all the whines and gripes. Ea had to have done this on purpose, they're almost as bad as Monsanto. They do make some good games when they're not worried aboot money.

Ther are definitely more trolls over there but there are quite a few I enjoy there feedback. I can honestly say through all the problems the NHL series has brought me more joy than sorrow over the years. I have noticed a lot of loose puck play and I think that is a good thing. But much more tweaking the sliders before I find the right set. I was enjoying the over 40 thread on that site talking about past games maybe should start one here. Happy skating
