Don't know, but I am going to guess no. I don't think they have a way set up to do an expansion draft.

Of course not. The new team and the probable expansion mode that accompanies it will be used a selling point for NHL 18.

The fact that they dont even know what they are calling the team yet and that they arent completely licensed would have stopped anything that has to do with them.
