Hello All
Could you be so kind to let me know if there`s still a SEASON MODE. (I dont mean FRANCHISE)
Can I play by selecting all 30 teams and carry out the trades etc manually (to keep my rosters as real-life during the season)
The reason why I ask is that this MODE was abandoned in the NHL15 version.

Yes. You can choose multiple leagues and it has full control of all the teams.

I started one with the ECHL but haven't played. It has a full schedule and you can do all the signing, trading etc. I will say this is the best NHL game to date.

Could you look into the PLAYER EDITS screens and tell me if you can change any of the set attributes, such as weight & heights?

You can't edit height and weight for some reason. But I've edit attributes plenty of times. Potential as well
