Gameplay Presets - How to Save?

Could someone explain how the gameplay presets work?? I created Slider settings and saved them. How do I reload them or create new ones? Whenever I attempt to "load" them, the only thing that loads are the gameplay settings...not the sliders. And it always asks to overwrite them.

trying to figure out how to delete the presets is a another question, I don't know what do for that one o_o' .

To load them, it's under rules (for some reason) the first tab is gameplay presets. To create a new preset just hit the save button and it will ask you if you want to create new or overwrite. This seems to work for me 100% of the time. As far as I know, there is no way to delete the presets on xbox1.
