Sliders stop being used by the game ?

yep happens in franchise mode, so as soon as i notice it in the game go in and change game speed , save and come out and back in and change speed back and save and it usually works but not always. Been a problrm for at least 3 years now

This is in exhibition mode. The Pass Accuracy slider of the CPU is 12. That's it. That's really low. And yet, 84% passing accuracy?? This game is starting to make no sense.
