Roster Database or Top Prospects List

I was looking into starting a franchise and it seems there are a bunch of players beyond the main clubs and I don't follow the youth prospects or Eropean clubs. So to help me in my franchise I was looking for any roster database that had the current EA rosters with all the ratings for offense, defense, skating, senses, & potential etc ... Now I checked rosters forums and they are mainly into adding prospects not on official rosters, rersting players, and editing equipment etc.. I don't know if many of you played FIFA but the perfect site would be similar to the SoFifa website that has a database with ratings n potentials for each update plus you can search thru teams and sort thru the database.

Is there a list similar to the baseball forums with best young players/prospects in game as it's not as a easy to find when you don't have much knowledge.
I don't want any HUT sites as they are not what I'm looking for and have visited some with ratings not similar to regular rosters plus no potential
