Changing Skill Level in Franchise Mode
I started my Franchise on Pro. I'm about half way thru a season and have decided to bump up to All Star. I can do it before the start of a game, but I can't find in the league setting to make that change permanent for the league. Is there a way?

maybe in the rules section in league settings???

Like said above its under the rules or gameplay options.
