Skating sliders for on ice feel/friction

Anything anyone can think of that makes a difference in skating feel like your on ice and the friction of skating and/or puck.

Leave info you know on this and we add to first post. Include previous yrs as well. Which sliders make any difference/sweet spot/and range its works in. (Donot care if stats or even gameplay isint most ideal)

post whistle rules- anything goes
hitting assistance- 0/lower
