NHL 18 Players with Real Faces

Because it seems to be impossible to add more than like five new player faces a year, I really hope they would at least make us players easier to create our own players. Just like the Smackdown games had that feature already in PS2 era where you can very meticulously shape the eyes, nose, chin, forehead etc. I think the UFC games have that feature too. Bringing that to NHL would be a huge improvement, especially if we could create new players and edit those generic existing ones.

Really hate to say this but I really don't enjoy making players of those generic "choose the closest one" faces. There are like 250 generic faces but most of them don't even look like human beings.

It's just a frustratingly small detail that would be nice, if it wasn't included in a game where 4/6 of the Blues' defense are skating with generic faces that can't be edited to look even remotely close to their real life counterparts.

Going off the top of my head from NHL17, I think Bouwmeester and Pietrangelo were the only two with real faces. The other 4 just looked nothing like themselves...

I feel as though last year our thread got some views. We scratched a lot of names off the list of significant players that should have scans. Who would you guys like to see scratched off next year? (All of them, I know)

Brock Boeser (VAN) - I don’t see how he doesn’t get added being a Canuck.
