Penalties and Saving

I average 0-1 Powerplays a game (never have gotten more than 1) is there a way to get 2-4 which is about average?

Also, is there a way to manually title and save franchise mode-- I keep confusing two files and its really annoying not to be able to name my own files-- is there a way this year?

As silly as this sounds, turn up the AI penalties slider. Its the one slider set, you almost have to make uneven (compared to human) to get a realistic gameplay.

I'm at work and can't remember what my slider settings are at, however they were taken from Jai's Pro Slider set (look in the slider sub-section of this forum). Most games for me are quite even in regards to penalties, and for the most part I probably still take more penalties than the AI in most games, but at least it is reasonably close & at times more.
