New full gameplay videos are dropping over YouTube, and the loading screen of this video dropped some great information on franchise and how attributes are handled.

I think this is a great step in the right direction, and will really help with making franchise feel like a business. It would be great if we're given scouting in order to figure certain things out. Hopefully Madden adopts something similar as FIFA already has it.

P.S: They really should just cut those cheesy blue screen intros. Even if they replaced them with nothing, it would be an improvement LOL

This is awesome. This is actually something I had in the old Be A GM wishlist thread from the last-gen consoles. It will make things much more realistic.
