1. What's the consensus on morale? Do you prefer it on or off? Why?
2. Trading difficulty: is hard still the best setting?

I suggest On for Player Morale
I like trade difficulty: hard (cause I think makes trades have more effect)

I heard others like trade morale off and trade difficulty easy or medium, but that was back in early days of franchise.

one of main complaints I heard was trading for players was so hard and stuff, so they opted for easy or medium earlier days of franchise.

I play with morale ON but morale meetings off. Trade difficulty always on hard.

Why morale on?

Why morale on and meetings off?

I like morale on because it emulates streaks as players gel better with certain players and it adds a layer of thinking when you might want to trade a player or keep them if well liked.

Morale meetings to me are all or nothing so saying one think makes everyone happy or mad, just makes no sense to me so I leave them off.

Do you find that having morale on forces you to switch line combinations up more?

With it off, I'm not seeing much need

So the 2018-2019 Hamilton Tigers (went to Toronto and fell in love with it) the classic team started strong with believe it or not San Jose exposing Brett Burns to us !!!

38-31-13 wasn't enough to make the playoffs. But with an off-season to come perhaps as a you get team a few more parts will come.

The Greensboro Lions were VERY strong posting a 56-24-2 at NHL season end.

Sending down (me - #1 pick in draft LOL) to help with the Calder Cup run let's see how that ends !!! 75 points in rookie year 37 goals wasn't too shabby.

I have morale and meetings on, all I choose is 'play to your jobs out there', player's generally like positive outcomes , now if u sim entire seasons and just focus on rosters and sim results, when u get to playoffs, morale and meetings come in handy, you'll want them to become comeback kids, or win one for fans, then there's player's when u trade for them, don't generally like kid approach they like more serious or adult approach, I think players are real, like real entities, they will let I know if there's problem in locker room, that's when u need to find a dude positive and leadership and mesh well in locker room or competitive nature, when one guy is being bad, usually that one dude is doing something he isn't post to be doing, remember 1 trade can take to playoffs.

I do.. but I'm not sure it's tied to morale. It just seems like it might be, so if I win I leave them alone, but if we lose a few, I tend to mix them up again.
