Coach real impact in offline franchise

Ok i would like to hopefully get some insights

I play only offline franchise
I want to apply my own tactical settings (normal i play each game)
I have a coach in my team

So i assume i am not the only one... Question is does it matters to apply different strategies than the coach preferred scheme?

No.

I like using my coach's system in-game, but you can set the strategies any way you like. It won't affect sim results or anything like that. The sim results will always be based on your coach's system.
