Is pokecheck pretty much useless this year?

Stick lift isn’t much better. I only do poke check facing them. And have space aiming for the puck/their stick. Other than that I just use the body. But ya I’m not playing as much cause of the crazy amount of penalties (by the cpu, both sides) and them being slashing or tripping. I almost never see any other penalties. So that kinda takes the fun out of the game

thats because the 1.03 tuner did that to stick lift. u will notice a huge difference if u try the 1.01 then try the 1.03.
