When you say "smoother", can you elaborate little, what exactly do you mean by that?

Thanks.

19 to me had some herky, jerky movements and the game just didn't feel as responsive to me. At times I would have to clear my xbox cache for some reason.

Yeah, I can also at least vouch for that. It's not that it's better, it's just that the animations seem more "fluid" than in NHL 19. Maybe it's because they cranked the speed up? Maybe they actually worked on the animations and transitions a little? Maybe all of the above?

NHL 20 is still a train wreck, but it's a smooth one... Make sense? LOL

Not sure if this is right thread for this but I found an interesting bug. When you start a franchise mode with Colorado Mikko Rantanen is missing from the roster. He’s not scratched or not in the AHL nor injured. Just missing.

Everybody has his own opinion but it's not fair to say the game feels almost identical compared to NHL 19. Puck pickups and pass receptions are way better in NHL 20 than NHL 19 and it combined with a lot naturalistic shooting animations and goalies makes a feeling and a flow of the game very different.

So I swindled my Buddy down to $15. This game has some major flaws. One I noticed is if you wrap the puck around the boards on the left side in your own zone, the puck comes to a complete stop along the boards. Seen this already four times.

Re: NHL 20: Gameplay Impressions From Videos Released Across the Web

Just wanted to say that this new commentary is simply outrageous.

There are moments so out of place when this guy screaming at me that I literally want to throw the controller on TV or punch the guy back in his face or something Lol

Also the players reminds me puppets or some kind of toys dancing above the ice. Definitely not grown athletes skating on the ice surface.

And the passing? What happened to passing? It's like there is magnet in the puck and there players just throwing the puck without actual passing animations.

It literally looks broken to me.
Yeah and the AI? Don't let me start with that Lol.

I don't know, I think this game is just not for me anymore
