Great video. Very informative. Sad to see roster sharing is definitely not in 20 and the developer wouldn’t commit to it being in 21 or 22.

What I take from that interview is that we should not expect roster sharing , gm connected and a new engine anytime soon. Expect NHL 25 to be NHL 17.8

Also, according to the interviewer in the comments section, they haven't touched the Be a pro mode.

Well ya, I would say informative, if you think "we are always looking into it..." is a decent/informative answer Lol

You’ve had experience with the devs so maybe you’ll know more than me, but I feel like the suits and garbage marketing team dictate the feature set, and until EA let’s their developers actually listen to the community to decide their own feature set rather than “I want flatbrims and skimasks” getting priority, then we’re going to continue getting shallow products as far as game modes.

When watching this, it seemed like a lot of these answers were killing the guy to answer “we’re looking into it” almost like he wants to say “I’d love too, but the marketing intern says we need flatbrims” but he knows he’d be instantly demoted or fired.

"We have no plans to make any substantial changes in the next 5 years, so you might as well not even ask. And if we did we would have to take something out, so just be happy with what you got"
