What mode are you playing in NHL 20

right now most of my time is spent in Chel. i have a Duck franchise going but i may need to restart it once the official roster update is released.

Gambling, Mickey Mouse, or Divison modes not mine. Play Franchise only.

Stupid question but is there a way to play in coach mode?

I bought this game pretty much exclusively for the alumni teams and the Whalers in particular. Playing a season with them with the goal of putting up sick numbers and winning the Cup.

Might mess around a bit more with franchise when I’m feeling it, probably with an expansion team.

Usually I play 100 games while trying to get perfect sliders to start my season and never get through the whole season. This year I made sure the Bruins looked okay and started the season playing traditional mode.. In my opinion it’s more fun to play. I’m 15 games in. I win about 1/2 and the games are within a goal about 90 percent of the time. I’ve decided to stop trying to achieve maximum realism, keep slider adjustments to the minimum and enjoy the game instead of trying to fix it. PS for Madden players the same concept using Arcade mode IMO is a much more enjoyable game than the sim mode I had always used in the past.
