NHL 21 Franchise Mode Wishlist: Five Features We Want to See

Something I'd like that I never see suggested is an expanded practice mode. You can already jump into practice mode scenarios like breakout, rush and OZ, but you have no ability to set different offensive and defensive strategies within those scenarios to see how they work out. Sometimes I just want to work on the PP/PK, but even setting it to 5 on 4, you can't set the AI behavior to run Umbrella vs Diamond, for example. It would also be nice to practice with your team in franchise mode, be a pro, and EASHL

Great list of much needed items for franchise. One improvement I’d love to see is the ability to make mid-game saves. Some of us enjoy playing lengthy periods (I play full 20 minutes) and it’s long past time to add this ability. I understand that it’s difficult to offer manual saves in time-based games, but it can be done at stoppages of plays. Heck, I’d take the ability to save your game between periods at the very least.

I want to say this was a possibility back on NHL 2k10. I think it had to be inbetween periods. But remember thinking that was the coolest thing ever. Now i just put my PS4 to "rest" and pick it up day or two later
