Yes, maybe they will when the Season starts in January, more February. Than one or two Roster updates. As I know the developer NHL21 is finally done. They will not work for this Game anymore. What you can await is that they produce massive Hut Cards like every year.

How could any of them be already in, when they were revealed just two days ago?

An optimistic guess would be that we'll get them with the december patch. But creating 31 new jerseys is probably quite a lot of work.

If it is like in NHL 20 .... I don’t have NHL 21. you can start your Franchise. This Jerseys will be available in a Patch and you can play with them in an existing Franchise mode. So you do not need to start a new one.
