    Manual passing.

I'm thinking of stepping out of my comfort zone and actually trying this game online. I generally play be a pro franchise and season. Does online versus use manual passing or is it turned off online? I also thought I would try manual passing and I kind of like it. It seems to add challenge.
Just curious does anyone recommend manual passing?

    Re: Manual passing.

manual passing is on in online play. Offline, I also like to drop pass assist to 0 so both power and direction are 100% user controlled. Makes the game a lot more free as your receivers won't get locked into those awful animations where they just keep skating offside or not cutting to place you want them to go.

Usually people use 75-100 pass assist at online games. Anything lower gives you disadventage to other players.

I prefer manual passing and 0 passing assist when playing Franchise Mode.
