My Question is I only have 18/20 scouts however i only have 72k left for scouts with the cheapest 74k. I was just wondering if there was a way to get more $ for scouts. I am playing owners mode on for realistic so like do I have to complete the owners goals throughout the season to get more funding?

Did you set your budget at the start of the season? You can add funds to things such as promotion, marketing, arena, etc.

I have 72k left in scouting funds but the cheapest is 74k so I guess i have to work my but off to make the owner money to get 2 new scouts for the other 2 spots next season

Go under budget allocation and see if you have any money you can take from scout travel, advertising etc. I can say for sure you can move some money around.
