Honestly the way this game works. From my average level, to watching top players. Usually once a guy is on top, hes there for most of the round.

I'm not even good and I often just let people up when Im playing, because its clear they're just not going to be able to get up on their own, and that's just not fun.


I've also played grapple heavy guys who will take me down, hold.me there all round. Denying fakes and whatever. Next round, I'll end up on top, and end up holding them down the entire round. Even though this guy is obviously good at grappling and knows the mechanics.

It's just how it goes.

The grappling just isn't very dynamic in this game.
