but tbh the throw ones are very risky and it's generally better to just deny

I had someone reverse my TD attempt last night...but I'm 110% sure he did it by accident lol

I've been meaning to try and work this into my game but have been lazy and just stick to the 'regular' denials...maybe I need to make this a point to focus on

Yes, but only when the guy I'm fighting has like 15% stamina or lower otherwise it's easier to just stuff the TKDN. I'd like to add this to my game but I can never pull them off consistently without the low stamina of my opponent playing into it

I remember doing a reversal of a single leg td where I just kinda fell straight down and landed in half guard. That was the first time I'd ever seen one. Total accident. It was nice getting an unexpected trophy.

Sprawl guillotine reversal is the easiest imo. Ton of time to pull up, easy 2 gate submission.

for the guillotine reversal from single leg you just use LT and down instead of RT and down to deny the takedown.
