Is national boss day pack worth it?

I've bought a couple already and it's pretty much the same thing as any other pack really, they're only as good as the items you're getting and seeing as I got pretty much unwanted stuff I can only say they're not worth it (then again you could say that about pretty much every pack in the game).

However, you do get a guaranteed fighter set item along with 9 universal cards so in theory should be bound to get something you actually want.

bought all 10 of the cant wait 205 packs and got all dupes.. 1 off on 9 sets.
