Saw the «top dogs» in ESFL now. Martial got stomped by a pressure boxer. Meta is still the same, jab jab combo, jab jab combo, standing in front of eachother, holding block. Its so boring to watch I couldnt handle it.

I saw too… my hopefully optimism is that simulation mode vs hard/pro AI will make the game fun. The competitive settings of the game don’t look good to me -

Man don't create any hope about this game, it's just ufc 4 with a better engine, new damage graphics and a new sub system...
anything else it's just the same... an arcade horror trash... but outside pryoxis, the other "influencers" are all claiming that this game is the real deal the autentic MMA experience...Comment

Of course they are. They are paid to "influence" people and nudging them to buy the game, though I don't know that for sure. What IS sure is that their followers expect them to play EAUFC5 (or an MMA game for one) so why would they dismiss the product and as a result destroy their fanbase?Comment

Oh Im not gonna buy this time. This is borderline fraud if you ask me. Just thought it was kind of funny that Martial got wrecked by pressure boxing after touting about defensive options was so much better now. There was nothing he could do against the onslaught of block breaking madness.Comment

Again: it sucks, but it's not fraud. There's loads of gameplay movies on youtube. You can pay 4$ to play it for 10 hours, and if you end up purchasing it you get the amount back as a discount.
They release a product that has the features they've announced for it. Nowhere did they claim career was going to be overhauled and that the roster was bloated. You can perfectly research these things. The cover just says "EA UFC 5". Nothing fraudulent about it.Comment
